Società Padana Energia is a company within the Gas Plus Group, operating in the hydrocarbon exploration and production sector.

Through the acquisition of Società Padana Energia from the Eni Group in October 2010, Gas Plus significantly increased its asset portfolio in the Italian E&P sector, becoming one of the leading operators in onshore gas production in northern Italy.

As of December 31, 2024, Società Padana Energia holds 10 production concessions.

As of 2023, the proven reserve volume was 2.2 billion cubic meters equivalent, and gross production reached approximately 70 million cubic meters equivalent.
