The division consists of Baroid, Drill Bits and Services, Landmark, Sperry Drilling, Testing and Subsea, Wireline and Perforating and Consulting and Project Management.

Completion and Production – Completion and Production division delivers cementing, stimulation, well intervention, pressure control, pipeline and process services and completion services. The division consists of Cementing, Completion Tools, Production Enhancement, Artificial Lift, Multi-Chem, Pipeline & Process Services and Production Solutions.
