GAS PLUS ITALIANA Srl

Gas Plus Italiana, headquartered in Fornovo di Taro (Parma), is a subsidiary of the Gas Plus Group. The Group, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange in Milan since 2006, is the fourth-largest natural gas producer in Italy (source: ARERA) after Eni, Shell Italia E&P, and Energean. It is also an independent and integrated operator in the natural gas supply chain, particularly in exploration, production, distribution, and sales to end customers, as well as in regional transportation and storage (a startup activity).

The Group has consistently focused on efficiency in business process management, achieving ISO 9001 certification in 2008.

Through Gas Plus Italiana and Società Padana Energia Srl, Gas Plus operates in the hydrocarbon exploration and production sector in Italy.

As of December 31, 2024, Gas Plus Italiana holds 31 production concessions and one pending concession application. As of 2023, the proven reserve volume amounted to 960 million cubic meters equivalent, while gross production reached 45 million cubic meters equivalent.
