Studio Legale Napoletano was founded in Rome in 2019 by Enrico Napoletano, criminal lawyer at the Court of Rome, enrolled in the register since 2012, Court of Cassation, Associate Professor of ‘Environmental Law’ at the University of Rome ‘Tor Vergata’ and of ‘Criminal Law’ at the SSPL of the University of Perugia, and author of numerous articles and monographs on environmental matters: “Manuale di Diritto penale ambientale” for Zanichelli and “I reati della gestione dei rifiuti e bonifica dei siti inquinati”, “I reati nella gestione delle emissioni in atmosfera” and, recently, “I reati nella gestione degli scarichi idrici” for Pacini Giuridica.

The firm offers its clients precise legal assistance both in the judicial phase – assisting natural and legal persons against administrative/environmental and criminal charges at all levels of jurisdiction – and in the advisory phase in the main areas of HSE risk prevention. The areas in which the firm operates are:

  • Environmental protection (Legislative Decree no. 152/06 and Part VI-Bis of the Penal Code);
  • Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene (Legislative Decree no. 81/08) and Epidemiology;
  • the protection of public and private property, the good functioning of the public administration and the management of all aspects of corporate and business crises;
  • the “administrative” liability of legal and natural persons for predicate offences committed in the interest of or for the benefit of.
