Since the 1970s, VED has been operating in petrochemical hubs, providing advanced solutions for the specialized maintenance of industrial plants, ensuring efficiency and reliability. With its headquarters located in the petrochemical hub of Eastern Sicily and a team of over 250 highly skilled professionals, the company operates across the entire national territory with seven operational sites and several work locations, delivering prompt and effective services to its clients.

For over 50 years has diversified its offerings, specializing in the design of industrial gaskets and the supply and installation of composite material piping and special components. Through continuous innovation and growth, the company has become a benchmark in the energy, Oil & Gas, naval, aeronautical, and pharmaceutical sectors, always pursuing goals aligned with principles of quality and sustainability.

VED is structured into five specialized Business Units:

• TMS: Focused on on-site mechanical maintenance services.
• CMA: Dedicated to engineering and the production of composite materials.
• GPE: Specializing in the production of industrial gaskets.
• GFE: Offering fugitive emissions control and inspections using drones.
• EUREKA: Focused on the design and production of portable machine tools for on-site machining.
