Techfem is a leading independent engineering and construction management contractor, with offices in all strategic locations in Italy and foreign operations, active in the oil&gas sector, both upstream and downstream.

The Techfem team consists of a group of in-house specialized engineers and technicians covering all disciplines with proven experience in executing complex engineering projects in all development phases: from feasibility studies, through to the basic design and extended FEED packages, to the complete detail engineering ready for purchase and construction, as well as to provide PMC services across the chain.

Techfem has a solid expertise of HSE studies in accordance with the most stringent statutory requirements applicable to technological plants and develops EIA studies, risk assessment and HAZOP, HAZID, SIL / LOPA, SIMOPS studies as third party consultant.

Techfem is active in the design of offshore structures, such as sealines, PLEM, PLET, subsea manifolds and shore approaches. Techfem provides supervision and construction management services and integrated pre-commissioning works (hydraulic tests and drying of pipelines and plants) and facilities start-up (gas in/ first oil). Techfem integrated management system is accredited to ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
